The
Evo XF is based on the SXR hull and offers a weight reduction of 80lbs. An extremely responsive and stable platform in the "XF" configuration. The
Evo XF is an exciting experience in the surf and flat water. The tray offers
maximum area for the needed footwork and added balance.
The XF Version has unsurpassed strength and durability due to it's "no
compromise" construction.
Our hulls are professionally handcrafted and will receive all OEM SXR
components. This leaves the customer with exceptional ease of assembly.
We start
by spraying vinyl ester primer into the mold. Then it is on to
layup. All of our material is pre-impregnated using a preparatory
process. This is followed by a combination of S-Glass/Kevlar to build
the strongest aftermarket ski in its class. By using vinyl ester resin for layup we reduce cost and keep durability at its highest. Parts are bonded using the
finest methacrylate structural adhesive and secured with quality
hardware to leave the customer with a superior build. Using this controlled
process we are able to ensure that every EVO hull is of the same
caliber as the next. All hulls are professionally handcrafted in the U.S.A.
Hull
comes complete including: OEM pump shoe installed, dual cooling, trim tube, one
scupper valve and hood with OEM hood seal. Standard hull configuration
includes: mounting components required for SXR stock water box, tank
and electrical box bracket. Hulls are available in full length or -2
inch, -4 inch, and -6 inch.
