Serious about your ride but cannot quite afford carbon? Our EVO XF is an economic way to pound the water. Weighing in 80 lbs under stock, this ski is built to meet the demands of the most aggressive rider. We start by carefully spraying epoxy primer into the mold. Then it is on to layup. All of our material is pre-impregnated using a preparatory process. This is followed by a combination of S-Glass/Kevlar to build the strongest aftermarket ski. By using vinylester resin for layup we keep cost down and durability at its highest. Parts are bonded using the finest methacrylate structural adhesive and secured with quality hardware to leave the customer with a superior build.

Hull comes complete including: pump shoe, dual cooling, trim tube, one scupper valve, footholds installed, nose piece and hood with OEM seal. Standard hull configuration includes mounting components required for SXR stock water box, tank and electrical box bracket. Hulls are available in full length or -2 inch.
