The Matrix was designed based on input from respected Pro level riders.
The Matrix hull bottom incorporates stability and predictability. The Matrix accepts all Yamaha superjet OEM components.
The wide nose design and added rocker creates great "pop" on flat water and excellent recovery in surf re-entries.
The bond rail finishes on a 45 degree angle. This feature adds stability, pop, and great tracking.
The
Matrix has been referred to be one of the best surf hulls available
today. It is also a very respectable flat water hull in shorter hull
configuration options.
The GP build schedule is our baseline
hull created with affordability in mind. While the price tag is low,
the quality remains top notch. The build is started with a premium grade
gelcoat. Lamination consists of a quality fiberglass impregnated with
polyester resin. Once the parts have cured and are inspected its time
for glue up. We use a modified hybrid polymer sourced specifically for
bonding our GP components.
The results are a hull stronger and lighter than OEM with great attention to detail, fit and finish. Using this controlled
process we are able to ensure that every EVO hull is of the same
caliber as the next. All hulls are professionally handcrafted in the U.S.A.
Hull
comes complete including: OEM pump shoe installed, dual cooling, trim tube, one
scupper valve and Pro hood with OEM hood seal. Standard hull configuration
includes: mounting components required for superjet stock water box, tank and battery. Hulls are available in full length or -2
inch, -4 inch, and -6 inch.
